I knew it!

Folix turned into plants! I knew it would happen!

The new year.

I do not see why Master's friends make such a big fuss about the new year. Nature doesn't seem to care. So is this sort of celebration only a human thing? They passed it along to the other sentient beings, I think..

We have another new friend now. Her name is Kizmit. I do not know what happened to the other creature that had been staying with us. Kizmit is very nice, though. She brought a small feline companion with her, named Nott, who is very scared of all of us. I do not see why, we are all very nice..

I am going to nap now under a blanket. It is cold.

More changes.

Our scary friend named Kagege has left. Master gave him to a friend named Tetsuo. They seem to like Kagege very much. Now there is a rat-like creature named Huntsman around. He looks like he is on fire all the time, but he doesn't complain. I have a little bit of difficulty understanding him. He talks with a strange accent.

Master also read me a book about snow today. I do not know what snow is, but by what Master told me, it is very cold and should not be handled too much without gloves.

I do not think I would like snow.

Fruity.

This morning, Master gave me a new treasure. It is a piece of fruit made into a candle. It smells very pleasant, but it also makes me hungry. Master said not to eat it.

I will keep it near the place where I sleep, so I will smell nice things when I wake up.

Master gave away two of my friends recently. Shurara and Dokuku. Master said they could have better homes, but I think this home is perfectly fine. I heard those two got new Masters to take care of them, though.

There are two new friends now. Nibru and Folix. Nibru doesn't seem to like anyone, she is always hissing at anyone who comes near, sometimes even my Master..! Folix seems nice, though. He spends a lot of time with the plants outside.. I think he will turn into plants someday if he keeps doing that.

Master hasn't given me any new presents lately. But that is okay, since I do not have much room.

Hm.

This morning my Master presented me with a small creature in a bottle. The creature resembles Nine-Six-Six, but is a pinkish color. It does not seem to be alive, or even real. It is.. cute.

I will put it with my other treasures.

I also watched Nine-Six-Six read many books late last night. I am amazed at how intelligent he is.

Books.

I read some books today that Nine-Six-Six didn't want. He said they were old, or something. Two of them were about love, another on trash, one was all sewn up and the last was a very large, thick hardcover. I believe it was a dictionary, but I don't really remember. Reading all of those words made me sleepy.

I hope Master feeds me soon. My little friend and I are very hungry.
